Franciscan University of Steubenville announced this week that Emmaus Road Publishing is now the exclusive publisher of its Catechetical Institute. Emmaus Road is the publishing arm of Catholics United for the Faith.
From the Franciscan University press release:
Ron Bolster, director of the Office of Catechetics at Franciscan University, said the opportunity to collaborate with Emmaus Road Publishing will “significantly expand” the outreach of Franciscan University, “making it possible to serve the Church in new ways. This will bring the catechetical expertise of the University and its faculty to bear on a broader audience and help more people receive the good news of Jesus Christ.”
Publisher Mike Sullivan added, “Catholics United for the Faith and Emmaus Road Publishing are delighted in this new endeavor with Franciscan University of Steubenville. It’s an opportunity for both of us to build on our catechetical strengths and to work together to have a high impact in bringing sound catechesis to the Church. Franciscan’s dynamic orthodoxy, combined with CUF’s and Emmaus Road’s track record of fidelity and catechetical experience, will be a great service to the People of God.”
